Welcome to Allure Studio Seven! Before you purchase any of our products, please take a moment to review our terms of service.

Product Usage Policy: All of our products are for personal use only and are not intended for resale or redistribution in any way. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to use it only for personal purposes.

Proof Approval and Production Policy: For certain products, a design proof will be provided for your review before production. If a proof is offered, you will be notified during the checkout process, and the proof will be emailed to you within 1 business day. We ask that you respond promptly to ensure timely processing of your order.

In the event of no response, we will send daily reminder emails to give you ample opportunity to review and approve the proof. If, after a minimum of six (6) reminders (including a final review request), no response is received, we reserve the right to proceed with production and ship the order without prior approval to meet delivery deadlines.

By purchasing a product that includes a proof, you agree to this policy.

Compliance with Brokerage Policies: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any products you purchase from Allure Studio Seven comply with your brokerage's marketing policies and rules. It is your responsibility to review and understand your brokerage's policies and rules before placing your order.

Personalization Policy: When you place an order with us, we personalize your product based on the information you provide at the time of ordering. We take responsibility for any spelling errors or other mistakes that occur on our end during the personalization process. However, if you make an error in the personalization field on the product page and approve your proof, we will proceed with creating your order with the information provided and no refund will be provided. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all information is correct.

Shipping and Delivery: We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that some products may take longer to produce than others, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the production and shipping process. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that occur during shipping or delivery.
